COVID-19 Protocol & Safety Policies

Office Safety Policies

  • All surfaces in massage room, reception, bathroom, and massage office will be disinfected between each client. 

  • Hand sanitizer has been placed throughout the office for easy access. 

  • Therapists and all clients MUST wear a face mask. There will be no exceptions to this policy. 

    • Clients will only be able to remove their mask when they are face down on the massage table.

    • Disposable masks are expensive and can take a few weeks to arrive. Please wear your own mask. If you forget your mask I can provide a disposable mask for a $3.00 fee.

  • I will take the temperature of anyone upon entering the office. I have a touchless thermometer for our safety. Although many people are completely asymptomatic, this is a precaution that we are required to take.

  • All clients must to wash their hands for a minimum of 20 seconds upon arrival and hand sanitizer is recommended before getting on the massage table

  • Although massage will make a six-foot distance impossible, please maintain that distance at all other times in the office. This includes reception and our greetings. 

Cancellation Policy

  • Before your appointment, please do a quick self-inventory.

  • If you have any of the symptoms that can appear with COVID, please cancel your appointment.

  • If you have recently been exposed to a person who tested positive for COVID, or showing symptoms indicative of COVID, please cancel your appointment.

  • If you feel uncomfortable coming to your appointment for any reason, including being part of a high risk population, please cancel your appointment. 

  • I typically have a 24-hour cancellation fee; this will be waived for the foreseeable future. My top priority is the health and safety of all of us.
