My office is located in the Chiropractic Café, and I have the privilege of working in with Dr. Rick Florez and Dr. Elizabeth Pagano-Florez. This partnership creates an opportunity for my clients to receive massage independently or with chiropractic health and wellness care.

Located at 200 Sawmill Road, Raleigh, Moving Mantra Yoga Studio won the Metro Bravo Award for Best Yoga Studio in 2006, 2007, and 2008. Yoga has been practiced worldwide for thousands of years. Most Westernized yoga classes focus on physical poses and breathing techniques. In addition to aiding relaxation, yoga can improve flexibility, strength, and balance.
