We will be closed for Thanksgiving on Thursday, Nov. 24, but we will be open on Friday, Nov. 25. We will not have any Saturday hours this month.

Some hospitals have started offering complementary medicine such as massage therapy and Reiki, American Medical News reports. Patients have seen the results of massage therapy and Reiki, also known as healing touch therapy, and they are demanding more. Hospitals are trying to address the needs of the person as a whole -- mind, body and spirit, said Sita Ananth, a researcher who studied the growing trend of complementary medicine.
