About Julie White

I am a licensed massage therapist and a professional member of the American Massage Therapy Association. I believe that education in massage is a lifelong process and have taken continuing education classes in deep tissue massage, myofascial work, Reiki, and pregnancy massage.

I am a dedicated and caring massage therapist who works with each client to address his or her individual needs. Together, we work to come up with a treatment approach to relieve the impacts of stress, tension, injuries, and repetitive motion strains. In each massage session, I take the time to listen and provide care for the whole person, and promote meaningful and long-lasting effects of the therapeutic treatments.

Rather than isolating separate modalities in my work, I combine my knowledge of several techniques, utilizing them in a way that meets your specific needs on any given day. No matter how you use your body in your day-to-day life, whether you are an athlete or sit at a computer all day (or both), massage is an invaluable tool in maintaining wellness and balance.
